Agreement

By downloading or using Verlango, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app. These terms are between you and Verlango GmbH.

The service

Verlango provides machine interpreting between languages in real time. Translation is automated and may contain errors. It is a helpful aid, not a certified human interpreter — do not rely on it for legal, medical or safety-critical decisions without professional confirmation.

Acceptable use

Use Verlango lawfully and with respect for the people you speak with. Don’t use it to harass others, to break the law, or to reverse-engineer or resell the service.

Subscriptions & billing

Verlango Pro is offered as a monthly or yearly subscription with an optional free trial. Subscriptions are billed through the App Store or Google Play and renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel anytime in your store account.

Cancellation & refunds

You can cancel at any time and keep Pro until the end of the paid period. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their policies.

Liability

Verlango is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, Verlango GmbH is not liable for losses arising from translation errors or interruptions of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms. We’ll note the date above and, for material changes, let you know in the app. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
